Hard money lending

Been reading some of the other posts on this subject.  Sounds like a mixed bag of good & bad experience.  Has anyone ever seen a rating sight for lenders in this business?  Anyone else with either really good or not so good experience with hard money lenders.  In particular B2R, COGO or any of the smaller outfits like Anthony Lending Firm?
