Purchasing in SC

Hello All,

Short version: Does any one have a recommendation for a portfolio lender / private lender in SC?

Long version: I have several SFH with 30 year fixed notes. They are all preforming well, but due to deduction maximization by my CPA, the big banks are having issues processing my loan for the latest property that I have under contract. My credit is great and I have additional w2 income as well. Can anyone recommend a lender that does long term financing that is not conventional? They would need to operate in SC. I am able to put up to 30% down. Unfortunately, the big bank I was dealing with waited until the last minute to give push back, so I would need someone that is quick. Thank you for your help.
