Quick Seller Finance Question - Texas
Does anyone see any legal pitfalls with offering to pay a seller $50K now, in one year, and in two years, for a total of $150K?
No interest would be specified. No amortization schedule. No prepayment penalties.
Obviously, an attorney would be consulted before closing a deal; I am just trying to get an idea before I get a seller all worked up.
