Seeking investor-friendly lender in Dayton area

Hi, I'm looking to purchase my first multi-family property before the end of the year. Likely a four-plex. Probably will seek a traditional 30-year fixed mortgage. I like the idea of using a local bank or credit union that I can establish a relationship with and go back to them for future deals. My goal is to purchase two additional properties by April and then scale from there. I have excellent credit and a respectable W-2. Any lender recommendations? What kind of interest rate or terms could I expect to get? Thanks in advance!
