Conversion of multiple properties to larger complex

Can anyone help me with a strategy to convert several smaller multi-family buildings into one larger apartment complex. I'm specifically wondering if there is a type of loan that allows me to use the equity of all of the multi-family buildings for the purchase of the larger apartment complex while I sell each one to satisfy the loan.
