I found a great property that is for sale on a auction. I can purchase it on cash basics but I don't want to loose this property if I bid to low . So I have two properties under an LLC that are free an clear and I would like to use them as a collateral and like that make sure of excess cash to purchase it any Ideas on type of loan options? Feel free to PM me

Thank you
