Any medium priced Indiapolis lenders?
Does anybody know of any good reliable private lenders that lend for Indianapolis who:
1) lend to LLCs
2) are fine if the money comes from a heloc
3) are at 8% or less interest
4) are at 2 pts or less
5) are at 1500 of other fees or less?
6) will loan at least 80% of purchase price
7) can do less than 30 days
Trying to set up a fix and flip that is way over my current liquid assets... Most of what I see are 12-14% and 3-5 pts or are cheap money but 45-60 days.
