hi, again! if anyone's been following my topics, you'll know i keep finding deals that i just do not yet have the capital to jump on. my last post was about trying to find small loans to do down-payments/minor rehabbing.

the next day in my mail were two 'supposed' business credit offers.

i'm here asking if anyone has dealt with these two companies, and what their experience may have been.

FORA FINANCIAL - "activate your application now" is the headline of the letter and there's a supposed credit card hot-glued to it, with my business name embossed.

IGNITE Working Capital - "When banks say no, We say YES!" / "your new account has been established" / "congratulations, your business has been pre-qualified* for up to $300,000" - this embossed card has my name and my business name.

any information would be appreciated! love this community! long live BP!
