Hello, my focus now is to invest. I have seen couple companies either act as a platform to help connect investors OR pull all the investors' money together and lend it out. In return gives the investors a certain percentage.

They are all out of state, which is fine, but I cannot find any track record of their performance.

Anybody have good recommendation on finding a good place to get money working well?

I like the idea of working with a good company that pull money together and lend it out. I think that is more secure than investing in one single project myself.

Look forward to recommendations from biggerpocket.
