Starting up a property fund

Hi,

I am looking for an advice on equity loan for a business.

I am based in the UK and looking to invest in a number of properties in the US (Florida to begin with). I will be looking for cash funding only initially. My plan going forward is to take out some of the cash as an equity loan and reinvest in more properties.

My question is, is such an option viable for a newly set up legal entity? Does the company need to be formed in the US?.

I would be grateful if you could point me in the right direction to get some advise on how to start up

Thanks,

Pawel
