Deal Structure

Hello

I am fairly new on the group and hope to get more involved in the near future.

With that said I have a question for those of you with more experience.

I am looking to partner with someone who lives overseas in real estate deals here in the US. Since I live here and have income it is easier for me to have access to credit. My overseas partner would be putting up most of the down payments and I would be putting up some money and helping with finding properties, managing and most importantly credit.

What is a fair way to structure our deals?

Thanks
