I have multiple investors that we purchase HUD homes for...

Some of the best deals around right now happen to be manufactured homes on land, IE: 3/2 1700 sf on 5 acres for 45K.

The investors are looking at selling to owner occupants via an FHA 203K repair loan, and are looking for a mortgage source.

I have only found one that will do a manufactured home on land... but they will not do a 203K.

Does anyone know of a lender who has a program that fits this need in Florida?
