Michigan lenders to refi a land contract after six months?
I am shopping around for a lender in Michigan that will pay off a land contract (seller financing), treating it as a refinance, not a new purchase, after six months. This is a primary residence. If you know of any, please let me know. Quicken is the only one that I have found so far. Thanks.
