Lending for Vacation Rentals possibly private lending

I was wondering if anyone knew of any lenders for vacation rentals. We currently have about 7 units throughout the country that we use for vacation rental properties. These properties bring in a great deal of income but have much larger expenses especially up front when we rehab and furnish them. The typical bank is fine with 4-8 mortgages but we are getting past that and need to explore other avenues to continue our growth. If anyone has any advice on how I could possibly go about this please let me know. Thanks
