FHA loan tips. First time my family is going to buy a House

This is the first time my family is planning on buying a single family house on the City of Fairfax here in VA. We want to apply for a FHA loan. So, my dad, my sister and myself, we all make an average of $123,000 on income. How much money can we qualify for? Knowing that our credit score is under 610.

We went to CapitalOne Bank and they do a 3% on FHA loans.

I would really appreciate all the help, We are super eager to buy a house in Fairfax. And the good thing here in my family is that we are many that are going to help with the monthly payment.

Thank you very much
