Seasoning and non seasoning loans
Does anyone have a good re-fi lender to re-fi out of my hard money loan?. Seasoned or non seasoned? This would be in California and Michigan

If it's a rate/term refinance to get out of the hard money and into a sane rate on an amortized loan, we require no specific seasoning period.
