Im buying three houses in a package deal and paying $125,000 for all of them. One is worth $50,000, one worth $80,000 and one worth $160,000 Totaling $290,000.00 Rehab costs are total of $60,000.00 so $185,000 from $290,000 profit of around $115,000.00
