I'm Looking For A Private Lending Partner

I'm not sure where to start. I am looking to build a building on my property and rent it out. I have a company who really wants to rent from my location and would be willing to sign a lease agreement prior to me building the structure. I have a quote from a contractor, but do not have enough equity on my property to go the conventional route. I'm looking for a private lender to help me make this work. Also, any other ideas on this type of project would be greatly appreciated!
