Looking to refinance a rental property owned free and clear. Help

I bought a home in January 2016 using cash. Put it in my Single-member LLC. Poured some money into it to fix it up to rent it out. Now, I want to pull money out of it via a refinancing over 30 years. Where can I do this? I tried a local bank and they won't let me unless I use it to fix up the property. I have already fixed it up so it doesn't need it. Please help. There has to be SOME PLACE I can go for a property owned free and clear. This is not my primary. It is an investment property. Also, I'm getting resistance to it being in a Single-Member LLC. Where can I go?
