Cash Out Refinance Options on Condo Unit

Good afternoon,

I'm looking for some advice on options for cash out refinancing on one of my properties. It's a condo unit part of a large condominium I acquired when I first started. I am keeping this unit since it is almost paid off and the cash flow is great. I am looking to get some funds for an all cash offer on a different property. Since the condominium building does not meet the current 50% owner occupied restriction, my current go-to lender can't refi the property for me.

Can anyone recommend other options that can work on this case?. Property is located in Winchester, Massachusetts.

Thanks in advance!

Carmen./
