I am a member of an investing group ( 7 member LLC) that is in the process of purchasing ~25 SFRs in Charlotte NC. The group will not be providing a personal guarantee on the loans. Purchase price $1.875M Please provide any recommendations for lenders that provide this type of financing. Thanks
