Construction Loan - Personal Residence

hi there!

So my wife an I have a single investment property that we rent, not necessarily relevant to this question though.  We recently sold our home in MN and we are planning on building a home in the mountains here in UT, we moved here about 9 months ago. 

Looking for some advice on construction loans. Do any of the Internet banks work in this realm?  Any referrals to check out?  What are some key things to look for in regards to terms and things to avoid?

Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated.  Have done the conventional several times but now it's time to build what we want!
