Hello , I just wondering does anyone successfully done a portfolio lending in the Upstate New York area within the last year? and how was the experience for you?

The reason I asked is because we do rental for single/2 family houses, and we might want to see what options we have for financing it since most of them without a mortgage currently. thanks!
