Non Recourse loan for LLC's portfolio

Hi,

I'm working with an LLC that is looking for a $1M non-recourse loan against a $2.6M commercial property. Is something like this possible? They could also take it against the portfolio of properties (residential and commercial) which is around $5M. Any help is appreciated.
