Best Banks for Houston Mortgages?

I am a newbie investor in Houston and I am preparing to buy my first SFR. Can anyone recommend a few good local banks to visit for investment mortgages in the Houston area? I have cash available for at least a 20% down payment on the loan. Thanks for the advice.
