Anyone know of a company that gives pre approvals for funding? I am NOT looking for any company that requires you to have a property under contract before going through their funding application. I have experienced partners that rehab constantly. I am looking for companies who give pre approvals so we can know exactly the price point we need to be in when buying homes to partner up on. Any help will be grateful.
