Non Owner Occupied Line of Credit in Connecticut?
I was hoping someone might be able to point me in a direction. I am located in Ct. and I own a single family rental property. I would like to acquire a low LTV line of credit and am not having much success. Wells Fargo was not able to accommodate.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
