Mortgage for non-warrantable condo

My offer was approved for a rental condo and inspection was performed as well. Now I find out that the condo complex has greater than 51% units that are already on rent. As a result three banks cannot offer a mortgage as it is non-warrantable. Other than private investors, any advice on who what mortgage companies can finance non-warrantable condos?
