I am curious if anyone has had luck with portfolio lending in northwest Indiana, and if so, what bank/broker? I'm from highland and am looking to buy my first investment property and want to structure the financial side in a way that will make it easier to secure loans in the future. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey Mark...I am currently applying for a rehab loan at Porter Bank using a portfolio loan. I will let you know how they do.
