Financing a house when you already have a primary residence?
This will be my first post and I am excited to have a source where like minded individuals can help each other out. So I am currently in the process of purchasing my families dream home, but at the same time I know that I want to become a real-estate investor. Once I have closed on my primary home loan in three months which will be a VA loan; what would be the best loan option to finance a foreclosure home? I am looking for a home which is under $75,000.
