Taking out a loan under me or my LLC?

I just started an LLC because of the tax benefits and the ability to utilize write offs but the loan terms are much more strict. I have some money for a down payment but i was hoping to buy more than one property. If i go with the LLC I'll have to put down 30% and only get one property but if i take the mortgage out as an individual i can put down 5% and buy 3 properties. Does anyone have advice on how i can buy them individually and somehow get them transferred into the LLC? I don't want to miss the opportunity to write off expenses and have that level of protection.

Alternatively, does anyone have a financing option that will allow the low down payment with good terms and interest rates? I have a feeling owner financing is not an option for the area i am looking to invest.
