So I applied for my first home loan and was denied because my credit score was only a 609. Just a few days later I got an offer in the mail from a company called "CityWorth Mortgage" and was pre approved for up to $350,000. Should I avoid companies like these and just wait until my creidt score improves? Or is this a good possible opportunity?
