Hey BP gang! I'm looking to get a mortgage pre-approval in the Atlanta area. I need a mortgage broker for my first buy and hold deal. Also, I'm looking for a real estate agent that specializes in investment properties mostly duplexes, triplexes and quads. Willing to look at SFR if the deal is right. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
