I need to know a safe website to file a 1098 electronically

Hi there.  My husband and I have a private mortgage financed by a family member.  They need to file the 1098 to show the interest we paid on the mortgage.  Unfortunately we all missed the deadline to file it with paper, so they need to e-file it.  There are lots of websites that claim they will do this for a small fee, but I am worried that many of them might be scams.  Does anyone know for sure of a safe site that they can use to do this?
