FHA 3.5% down Closing Costs

Hello everyone!

I'm about to buy my first two family home in NJ Bergen County and looking for a mortgage. The loan officer I spoke with sent me a mortgage application (FHA 3.5 % down) to sign. I noticed the closing costs were 17K+. This is my first purchase and I have no idea how much it should be, however, I think it's pretty high. Can someone please give me a rough estimate to how much the closing cost should be? Thank you in advance.
