Review on a private lending company

Hello fellow BP investors, I am a new investor and I am in the process of getting a loan to start a buy and hold portfolio for vacation rentals in Honolulu HI, besides the investment goal I came across a private lender that makes it a lot easier to get a loan for a vacation rental and it sounded to good to be true. So question is did anyone on BP worked with this private lender or heard of them, they state that they lend through out all states in the U.S. Company name is jandjfinancialsolutions, I tryed looking them up but haven't came across a solid website for reviews. Your thoughts is much appreciated thanks in advance
