Hello everyone, We have applied for a conventional mortgage through TrustCo bank Terms are 3.75 interest, 3.787 [email protected] down , no PMI , no escrow required , and they are waiving appraisal fee and app fee ,800 off closing cost. I am barely familiar with mortgages and would love some input, like if this is a good deal , and if anyone has used TrustCo bank for a mortgage or for other Banking reasons
