Delayed Financing in Indiana
I am purchasing a rental home in Indiana (I live in Texas) and looking for someone to provide "delayed financing." I have great credit (800+) so I'm not interested in any private lennding or anything pricey. Any recommendations? I'd rather not depend on a Google search!

Joe, I believe you will need to season title for six months prior to qualifying for conventional, delayed financing since most lenders consider delayed financing a "cash out." I can introduce you to a couple leaders in Indiana to confirm. PM me.
