203 (K) anyone?
I have a few rentals but we were looking to move into a bigger house. There are a ton a foreclosures around especially in the nicer areas. I came across one that was never finished. It has some minor structual issues (guessing 10-15K to repair). Because of this and the kitchen not being complete it will not qualify for most loans. I was looking at the FHA 203(k) where you can finance repairs. Anyone had any recent experiences with this? The LTV on the ARV will be really low when all done.
