203K Loan & Fees?
I don't know where to begin in assessing whether these fees are reasonable. So why not start with BP. I've applied for a 203K loan for our next residence in CA, and the following is what I got back in fees...
This assumes a down payment of $124.5K, and a property values at $750K. Closing costs = $8,217 (include 203K fees).
I'm also interested in any other cost saving strategies you may have with this loan, or maybe even with a conventional loan (we qualify for this too). As always, thank you BP!
