Attorney in NY Needed - specializing in private money lending

Hi All!

My partner and I are getting into private money lending in the tristate area, specifically in NY.

We are looking for a good real estate attorney or corporate/SEC (?) attorney in the NYC area.

We want to help out borrowers in the area on financing their deals, but I want to know what's involved on our side and to make sure we are protected.

We are in Westchester county, but can travel to NYC.
