Quick cash out refi?

I have a SFH that I am using as a long term rental property. It is owned free and clear. The value is about $150K. I am looking to cash out $100K to purchase some more RE. I have a very good deal waiting in the wings, and want to use this cash to close on that deal. In talking to some online lenders, I am being told that the typical close time is anywhere from 21-45 days. I need to close in more like 15 days.

Does anyone have any advice on where I can get a cash out refi in 15 days?  I know it's a stretch, but that's why the BP forum is so awesome.  The network on here is wide and deep.
