Investment Duplex Lender in Dallas Texas

Hi Everybody!

First time posting on here!

Can anybody recommend a good credit union or bank that will lend on a couple of investment duplexes in Dallas. I have gone through all of the big banks and mortgage companies and credit unions I can find online, they are all requiring 25% down. I qualify for conventional financing (Good FICO, Job History, Assets, Etc.) but am looking to get into the property with less down. I could group them into one loan as well and go to the commercial loan route too if there are any options to get it financed that way.

I am open to any type of creative financing ideas or loan combinations. The seller will not do seller financing.

Thank you in advance for the help,

Michael
