How to finance a flip?
BiggerPockets friends - any advice on how to finance your first flip? Would rather not put friends' or family money on the line without any track record. I have excellent credit but not more than 5% as a down payment. Are there better options than a traditional mortgage, given it should be a short-term hold? Any and all advice is appreciated! Thank you!
