Hi all!

I am looking for some advice on how to present a proposal for financing, I am still quite raw in real estate investing, I do have 2 homes In KC, one is rented and the other is in final stages of rehab, I am trying to re finance my rented home, however being Canadian is quite difficult. I have posted before about this and I got great feedback, however my question here today is how should I present my proposal as I do not have a large portfolio, as I only began collecting rent as of September 2015. I do not have a credit history as of yet in The usa. Any suggestion on how I should present my proposal?
