Client with 580 fico score needs to buy home

Hello everyone,

My client is trying to buy a house in Texas and has a good job with a fico score of 585. What bank or mortgage company can finance her for a home, she would not qualify as a first time buyer and a hard money loan is out of the question for her. Any help would be appreciated.
