Need High End Flip Advice
Have a two part question, this is my first high end deal.
Is there private lending that would provide funding for the purchase of this property and rehab. My strategy is to purchase low enough to List on the MLS at discount to move quickly.
And
What would be a good percentage off ARV for me to use to make an offer.
ARV is $750,000.00
Repair Cost is only $50,000.00
Wholesale fee should be $??
Maintenance fee is $1,450.00/Yr
Taxes is $18,500.00/Yr
