Private Money Lender Contracs

Hello,

I've been investing with my own money and the BRRRR investment strategy and have a question regarding private money lender agreements.

Are there contract templates on the BP website or do any other members have templates of standard documents used to dot I's and cross T's when entering an agreement between the investor and the lender?

Thank you!

Laura

I don't think anyone is willing to tackle this question.  I think you should consult a local RE attorney.  Too much liability and too much proprietary information to share forms for everyone to use.  Are you hoping to lend on property or buy investments?  Maybe we could connect directly and I could assist you further?
