Interviewing a Hard Money Lender

I am wondering what are some good questions to ask and things to look for when interviewing a hard money lender?

thank you for your input. What are some of the specific terms that you look for in your loans. What rates are you willing to pay, what fees will you pay, what are junk fees that you're not willing to pay, how involved do you want the lender to be in your project, how do you feel about paying points. if you could answer those questions as if they pertain to a short term flip.
