Investing in Atlanta/Columbus area

I am new to the Atlanta/Columbus GA area and I am interested in joining an investment club. I would also like to meet private lenders and investors who are active in either Atlanta or Columbus. I am mainly interested in cash flow or rehab properties, both single and multifamily, primarily Class C or B. I have a successful investment model that I will be actively pursuing.
